The Beach

Of course we couldn't go to the California without going to the beach.

Take a close look at this next picture. Is that what I think it is?

One of the houses at the beach had this Santa out on their balcony.

The Drive to California

Josh and I arrived at my parent's house late Friday night. It was dumping snow until just after Cedar City, and we ended up washing our car first thing in the morning to get all of the salt off.

Christmas Comes Early

Since Josh and I are headed to California for Christmas we decided we would do our Christmas early so we wouldn't have to drive all our presents to California, open them, then and bring them back.

Thanksgiving pictures...a little late

Josh took the camera when he went to California for Thanksgiving, but didn't really take any pictures. Here are some pictures his mom took.

When Josh was at the beach on Thanksgiving Day, he twisted his ankle really bad. Here he is hobling out of the water.
This is what his ankle looked like right after he twisted it

Update

Sorry I have not really posted anything recently...our lives have been a bit boring. Josh is still working on getting everything together for his law school applications, and hopes to be able to start filling out applications this week. There are at least 20 schools that have offered to waive the application fee because of how well he did on the LSAT. Then there are about another 10 schools he would like to apply to, so he is staying busy. I am still working, and trying to pick up overtime when it is available. I am very excited for Christmas this year. We are going to California to spend the holiday with my family and it will be the first time in a long time that the whole family will be together...and it will be the first real holiday Josh and I will be able to spend together! I have worked the last few years on Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas. It will be nice to have Christmas Eve and Christmas off!
