Crock Pot Chicken Stroganoff

Those who know me well know I love to cook - and I love to share recipes. I figure what better way to share recipes than posting them on my blog! Here is one I got from www.allrecipes.com.

Chicken Stroganoff

4 chicken breasts, diced
1/8 cup butter
1 (.7 oz) package dry Italian salad dressing mix
1 (8 oz) package cream cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup

Put chicken, butter, and dressing mix in slow cooker. Mix together and cook on low for 5 to 6 hours. Add cream cheese and soup, mix together and cook on high for another ½ hour until heated through and warm. Serve over rice or pasta.

Kacie and Kayla

I have know Kacie since my family and I moved from Oklahoma to California when I was 9 years old. We went to the same elementary, and Kacie eventually moved into my ward. We have been good friends ever since! The thing I love about our friendship is that no matter how long it has been since we have seen each other, when we get together it feels like we were never apart!

Scary Mexican House

A trip home to California is never complete unless I have been to the scary Mexican house. My friends found it one day while roaming around a beautiful neighborhood full of million dollar homes. Most of the houses in the area here are gated and absolutely gorgeous. You can imagine their astonishment when they came upon this home.
The next three pictures are from the front courtyard

The garage
This next statue is the scariest at night. It is at the entrance to the front courtyard and her eyes are actually concave. No matter where you are standing, she is watching you and her eyes follow you whenever you move.

Lindsay's "hatchi-pooh"

My little sister has a "hatchi-pooh" of her own. She loves this car, but not as much as Josh loves his hatchback.
