Treehouse Ladder

Josh went up to his parents' this weekend and, with the assistance of his father, made a ladder for the treehouse he had built for the neighbor. He anchored it into the ground and securely attached it to the base of the treehouse to make sure the ladder was stable. Apparently everyone loved the ladder just as much as they loved the treehouse.

Why Buy A Crib?

When your husband can build one! Josh has been busy working away in the garage building a crib. Here are some pictures from the past week or so of what he has accomplished so far...

Licensed to Ride

I got my motorcycle license a couple weeks ago! I took a motorcycle riding class, which I would highly recommend if you have no experience riding motorcycles and want to get your license. I learned to ride on a smaller bike, so we took Josh's bike out to a local mall so I could practice riding around in the parking lot.

Treehouse

This past weekend Josh went up to his parents to build a treehouse. One of their neighbors recently lost her husband and he had started building a treehouse for the grand kids before he passed away. The grand kids had been so excited for the treehouse and they were devastated because they didn't know who would finish it for them. Her husband had built the base of the treehouse and Josh and his little brother worked most of Saturday afternoon putting up the walls. Josh will be going up again to build a ladder and possibly a roof, but from what we hear the grand kids have been playing in it ever since they finished putting up the walls!
